Racquet Club
Big Canoe is home to one of the area’s standout racquet facilities, with 18 total courts across tennis and pickleball: 6 outdoor tennis courts, 2 indoor tennis courts, and 10 courts designated for pickleball. Programming is a big part of the lifestyle here—expect clinics, leagues, and special events for couples, singles, youth, and seniors throughout the year.
At the reimagined Racquet Club Pro Shop, you’ll find more than the basics: athleisure and court apparel, tennis/pickleball/bocce gear, a selection of hiking essentials, and even a dog-supply corner. For players who want to level up, private and group lessons are available with a USPTA-certified teaching professional.

Bocce Courts
Bocce is one of Big Canoe’s most social and accessible sports, with organized league play offered in both spring and fall. To participate in a league, a bocce membership is required, though you can also join as a substitute when regular team members are unavailable. For those who prefer flexibility, non-members are welcome to “pay as you play.”
The bocce courts are located at Wildcat Recreational Park, they’re open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and all equipment is available at the Racquet Club. To learn more about memberships or drop-in play, contact the Racquet Club at 706-268-3367.
