Margot was excellent and I highly recommend her. She went above and beyond for us. We were looking for a condo that was an hour away from her typical region but didn't miss a beat. If you are shopping for property in the Georgia Area ( She covers other states, too), I'd suggest giving her a try. My experience was great. I am extremely picky and therefore this was my biggest letdown - myself. She put up with me. To be honest, I was quite surprised by how quickly and smooth the whole process took. Margot reached out to me almost immediately after I made a post about looking for a commercial agent to sell our office building.
